Members' CEU Transcript Service

ACVP offers its members a CEU transcript service which provides a nationally recognized and independently verified report of the CEUs you earn annually. This transcript report can serve as validation necessary for credentialing bodies and state licensing boards. ACVP can also provide attestation for both your credential and earned CEUs for employers.

ACVP provides professionals with a one-stop location for maintaining CEUs, so you can avoid paying multiple fees to several different organizations!

CEUs earned by enrolled members through ACVP—via ACVP webinars or at our regional conferences—are automatically included in transcripts. All other certificates can be submitted as image or PDF files (scan your certificates or simply take a picture), using the form below whenever you earn them.
